No response from update server when checking for tenant updates
I have five tenants in my environment and all five of them are not checking for updates. The only message I get is "An error has occurred while trying to process your request. -- No response from update server".
That's not a lot to go on. I'm fairly new to F5 and have no idea where to go from here. I can open a support ticket, but I thought I'd see if someone here can help.

Yes, DNS is configured and I was able to ping both. I was trying to chek for BIG-IP software from within the tenantl.
However, it is working now so I have to just chalk it up to some external issue.

Do you have DNS configured? and internet access from the device? try to open a cli and execute a ping to 8.8.8.8 and ping to www.google.com.
Additionally, what update are you trying to execute? for signatures? SO?
