Need to load balanced and authenticate Back end AD servers

Hi,

just wanted to understand if backend pool members are windows AD server which is for authentication, what needs to be done in this case .

at present i have added backend AD servers nodes in a pool and getting laod balanced via virtual server. now when i am trying to access VS, it forward request to backend AD server for some authentication but unable to login in that portal .

do i need to configure APM and AAA here?or any other configuration i am missing in LTM?
