Need to load balanced and authenticate Back end AD servers

Hi,   just wanted to understand if backend pool members are windows AD server which is for authentication, what needs to be done in this case .   at present i have added backend AD servers node...

Hope AD servers are behind F5 segment,if not please add automap option at Source Address Translation.

 

What port vip configured?
