Need to add syslog server IP

Hi folks,

 

To explain the topic, The Virtual F5 devices which we manage is under Cloud network and the remote logging is done by them, we do not have access to the alerts with whats going on with the devices. Around 50 days back, we had a failover and we were not informed and had any notification for the same. We did open a TAC case but, he could not help much on this as we were not able to provide syslog or tmm logs for the stipulated time frame. We (Network team) have limited knowledge on F5 and are struggling to gain knowledge on how to handle these devices, at the same time we are looking to add our syslog server config on these devices to have control over it. We do have full CLI and GUI access. Any suggestion to manage these devices (HA Pair) will be appreciated.
