NEED HELP TO UNDERSTANDING VIRTUAL MACHINE LAMP V4

I am trying to Configure Radware vLab using same doc for f5 vLab of v12 Virtual machine.

but somehow i am unable to configure it.

Need some document to understand Lamp v4 Virtual machine and how to configure it.

Please share any link if any document available.
