Need email alert for create,modify and delete configuration in mail body

Hi, we have created mail notification for configuration changes on F5 devices by modifying useralert.conf. We get email when configurations are modified, deleted or created but the changes are mentioned in the subject line of the email. we need the same in the mail body of the email dynamically. If someone can suggest, that would be of great help.
