Need assistance with multiple ports and persistence

Here is what i have.

 

 

I have a BigIP with 4.2 on it.

 

 

I have 2 webservers running port 80 for the website and port 5080 for an application running on them.

 

 

what i need is once the client makes connection on server1 through port 80 i need the client to persist on that server when requesting the app at port 5080.

 

 

Hopefully someone can help with this.
