Not impossible, just "tricky". :)

 

I lack experience with load balancing lync so I'm afraid I can't answer those questions. Just wanted to alert you to the existing iApps.

 

All the descriptions you've written down is certainly possible to load balance, but if I were you I'd download the iapp, sit down with the lync guy and go over it together.

 

That said, I bet there's plenty of guys here at devcentral that knows this stuff so you could always wait and see if anyone else has a bright idea. :)
