Moving Pools within a Class

I have a bunch of ASM Classes setup to send traffic to a pool. I have 2 data centers, each class has 2 pools one for each data center. What I am looking for is a way either via SNMP or Icontrols so that I can hand off movement of these pools to our Operations Center without giving them the admin password to the device. Does anyone have an example of an Icontrol that will can repoint pools within a class?

 

 

My other thought on this was to go with one pool and add both Data Center IP's to the pools and then Enable the active data center and disable the inactive one. Would this be easier and does anyone have a way to do this?

    Ok scratch my second idea, we don't have an LTM license on these device so we can't add more than member to a pool. First question still stands.
