move config to another Big IP LTM

Hi all,   I would like to know what the best approach is to move the complete config from one Big Ip box to another. Is it ok just to create a .ucs file on one box and import it to the other ?   ...

We the destination box is currently in production and has licenses installed on it, so these will remain active and we could use these then I suppose...
