monitoring Big-IP memory with PRTG

Hi, I would like to use PRTG to monitor Big-IP memory usage. I imported the F5 mibs but there are 2 types of memory OIDs:

 

1. sys host memory
2. sys multi host other memory

Both OIDs give different readings. Could someone please explain the difference between the two and which one should I use?
