Missing one entry in Multivalued Attributes in APM

I am having an issue with multivalued attributes in APM. We are wanting to use a multivalued attribute to pass security through a portal, and it works to a degree, but i have found that APM drops on...

That was it. I thought it had already had HF-4, but it had not. Updated off-hours and everything was fine.
