Hi sanjai, which version of Exchange server are you using? Are you using APM as well as LTM?

 

I recommend using a utility like HTTPWatch or Fiddler to look at the client side traffic. Do you see any non-200 HTTP responses when accessing OWA?

    Microsoft exchange 2013.yes,we are using APM also. I don't see any difference in fiddler logs.I could see only 200 HTTP response
