mcpd.out 47GB file cusses Shared folder to be full
Hi, i have a strage issue that started 2 weeks ago. my /shared folder getting full after checking for the big files i see mcpd.out file under 47421408 /shared/tmp/mcpd.out anyone can tell me if it safe to remove this file? why this file is so big ? or what cussing this file to be so big ?

check the mcpd log level with:
tmsh list sys db log.mcpd.levelif it is set debug, that file will grow quickly. you can set it back to "notice" with:
tmsh modify sys db log.mcpd.level value noticesee these SOL documents for more detail:
A shortcut that bash provides to empty the contents of a file would be to run the following, which is a simple redirection. This way, you shouldn't have to worry about resetting file permissions or ownership.
