management-ip not reachable after upgrade

Hello

 

I tried to upgrade a vLTM HA cluster from version 11.4.0 HF 6 to 11.5.1(or 11.5.1). I checked the upgrade logfile, no error entry. But the management ip is not reachable(no ssh/ no HTTPS). From the console I can see that the managemnt ip is still configured (taken from the active partion during boot) but is listener not opened. This happens on both devices.

 

Any idea ?

    Hi Jürgen,

     

    when connected via console, can you ping yourself, the peer mgmt-IP and/or the DFGW?

     

    And what shows "show net interface" within tmsh?

    Thanks Stefan,

     

    I can ping my own management IP but I can't reach the Gateway. The network interfaces shows the same configuration as the active LB(with is reachable). mgnt up no errors. The status of the device is ForcedOffline:Disconnected.

    Is this problem solved? We also have a problem with our (active) management interface that goes down when the passive node of a cluster is unavailable.
