It’s possible to enable the management and api rest from the traffic interfaces? If yes how to enable it?

Hello,
iControl REST is always "in-use" and enabled by default on the BIG-IP system. Please use below KB to find more details:

If any self IPs are not accessible via API access, please check the port lockdown settings in interfaces. (port 443(https)/8443(rest API) need to be open in interfaces). For port lockdown understanding you can use below KBs:
