Guys need help in understanding this , When LTM sends monitoring Porbes (tcp health monitor), which ip address will it take as Source-ip Self ip of Floating IP. My LTM is a fully licenced vm edition...

The state of both the pool members are "UP", from the above screenshot...Did you change it to TCP to test? Can you send the custom monitor code as well? The one that does not work if you made the change. If you did not make the change then the pool is showing that the pool members are up...recheck again.
