LTM Capabilities

Our Aplication group is planing to do a maintenance on all their web servers, is it possible to host a page on the LTM saying the site is not available please due to a maintenance.. or what is the best way to approach such scenario if all the servers will not be availabel but yet you want to send something to yout clients..or is my only option to set up another pool going to a different box...
