LTM 10.2.0.5.0 OEM plug-in metric errors

Can anyone help me debug this?

 

 

We did an O/S upgrade recently, and all of a sudden we're getting metric errors.

 

 

 

Here's a partial description of the errors:

 

 

 

em_error = Exception caught in Management::urn:iControl:Management/UserManagement::get_group_id() Exception: Common::OperationFailed primary_error_code : 16908342 (0x01020036) secondary_error_code : 0 error_string : 01020036:3: The requested user (root) was not found.

 

 

 

I don't understand why "root" is being used. The monitoring configuration does not use the root user.

 

 

 

The error is in the User_Management metric.
