Lost objects when ram cache is enable

I want to apply WA to Siebel 7.7, but when I apply the http profile with ram cache, (as i know is mandatory for WA), some images are not being displayed at the application, I used httpwatch and I noti...

Does seem to imply that you shouldn't use http-acceleration as a template.
