Lost objects when ram cache is enable

I've had this problem with Sharepoint through the WA. I used the http acceleration profile as a template and created a new one based off that with a different name. It still had the issue so I disabled RAM cache and it stopped occurring. I'm wondering it it has to be the exact http-acceleration profile and shouldn't be used as a template to create one specifically for Sharepoint?
