If you are on ACTIVE/ACTIVE GTM setup, first thing you need to make sure that there should be two NS records configured on you public DNS.

 

Second thing you need to ensure that you use GLOBAL AVAILABILITY Algorithm in our wide-ip setup. * 0 US-Global-Pool-Ras * 1 Europe-Global-Pool-Ras * 2 ASIA-Global-Pool-Ras
