Logging username who implement sync config in wui

Hello all, I am working with HA pair, TMOS11.6, and I create some management accounts for my team members!I have enabled mcp (Audit logging) as showed in link "https://support.f5.com/kb/en-us/solutions/public/5000/500/sol5532.html" but then, when I (with admin account) or my team-member implement sync config to device group in WUI,the username has not been collected, just root/or Unknown in the log entry.
