If you need to match lots of IPs then you should consider an address datagroup. Look here

Not exactly sure what it is that you want to - if you want to use a specific VS based on source address then you can use the source field of the VS or you can use an iRule that checks for the client address and if it matches a class then select the pool based on that.

If you specifically want to use the TPDU header for persistence or routing then that is more difficult as it is part of the data stream so you would need to pick that out and use uie to assign that as the persistence indicator or to select the relevant pool.
