Load balancing Wowza Streaming servers works in LTM but not in DNS
We have two data centers that are connected together by dedicated fiber, they are roughly 10 miles apart. We have an LTM/DNS in each DC with multiple services running through them. We are attempting to load balance a pair of Wowza Streaming servers, one in each DC, and it works fine if the name is resolving to one of the VIPs. However, when the name is resolving to the WIP the stream plays for about one minute and then errors out. It appears to be a persistence issue but I have cookie persistence enabled in the VIPs and persistence also enabled on the WIP. Any suggestions for troubleshooting?

Why do you think this is a persistence issue?
I don't feel like we have enough information to really diagnose this issue.

In the log of one server we see a connection to the video stream being made and then a minute or so later we see entries in the log of the second server about an unknown stream. Which would seem to indicate that the client was sent to one server and then the other one during the streaming session.
