NimbostratusLoad Balancing Percentage or number of transaction
Hi all,
we have a situation where we had a application server not working well. We added in new servers into the pool which are working. We need to continue troubleshooting but with less impact to the services.
1) Using Ratio I understand using ratio I could control the number of traffic to the defective server. The number of 1 to 100 will serve as percentage ? If i need 5% of the total transaction do I just put the value of 5 ?
2) Controlling number of transaction There was a question ask if I could control 1 out of 10 transactions to go to the defective server. Would it be possible ?

An alternative method would be to limit the amount of connections that go to your defective server.
Doran_LumThanks I was reading from the link below where we can put a range of 1 to 100. I only need a small percentage of around 5% to go to Node C.
1) In the scenario a total of 60 transaction comes in, would it only go to Node A and B first ? 2) Can I put 4.5 ? does it accept decimal values ?
