Nimbostratusload balancing exchange server 2013 and 2016 in BIG-LTM
can exchange server 2016 and 2013 co-exist in load balanced environment we are currently running an upgrade from 2013 to 2016.

I am not a Microsoft Exchange expert but my answer is no. There is an iApp for both 2010/2013, however, a new iApp was created for 2016. That implies they work totally different.
