Load balance HTTP requests evenly

Hello experts,

I have a pool with 3 members, and round robin method,Virtual Server is standard + http profile + SNAT (Only one IP) and no persistence. TCP connections to the VS are few and comming from 2 or 3 client IPs, TCP connections keep opened long time, number of HTTP requests is high and TCP connection is reused, this means if 4 connections are opened, the member with 2 TCP connections have much more HTTP requests (arounk Ks) but only one TCP connection more than the rest. What configuration is recommended in this situation ?
