Listener on BigIP DNS

Did anybody happen to know how a DNS query gets directed to the BigIP DNS Listener?   Thanks.

Thanks for the response. Unfortunately, I didn't find the info I am looking for in this article. I am trying to figure out how a DNS query that a user sends ends up on a BigIP DNS.

So, we have 2 BigIP DNSes and we're using Wide IPs for looking up a query once it gets there. But what's the path for that query getting to one of the BigIP DNS?
