Is it possible to see what triggers an LB_FAILED event.

NimbostratusAny other suggestions on this one? It is very frustrating not being able to determine why the LB_Failed event was raised. event info is not returning anything for me either and I am in version 12.x. What is more, I am printing the status of the selected LB Node on the LB_Failed event and is coming back as up. Any help would be REALLY appreciated.
