kerberos and sharepoint

I recently joined a new group and they currently have an issue where the sharepoint site will display the home page fine once you auth. When go and click on any documents, it gives you a page cannot ...

  1. From what I understand it behaves the same for both.
  2. Yes, a dialog box pops up.
  3. How do you set the APM SSO logging to debug? That may point us to the source.
