JIRA Apache Application unable to load Dashboard
I have a simple virtual server configuration, no bells or whistles...just simple HTTPtoHTTPS redirect and SSL offloading when they try to call up the dashboard they get this message "We've detected a potential problem with JIRA's Dashboard configuration that your administrator can correct. If the go directly to the server it works. The setup is Client----F5---Apache----Tomcat
JIRA is running behind a load balancer with SSL Termination configured. JIRA is expecting https scheme while http is detected.
I have tried using the redirect rewrite however nothing seems to work any thoughts?

- Hi! Please forgive any ignorance regarding JIRA on my behalf. Just a few questions: Do you get any redirects to the client when accessing the service? Does it work if you assign an server side https profile? What does the apache and tomcat logs say? Kind regards, Patrik

You said JIRA is expecting HTTPS, and you are offloading SSL on the LTM. Does the connection through the LTM work if you remove the client SSL profile from the virtual server and pass the HTTPS through to the JIRA application?
