Is there a way to get the value for DEFAULT cipher from the REST API?

https:///mgmt/tm/ltm/profile/client-ssl/clientssl/ will return, among others, the supported ciphers. One if the entries is "DEFAULT". The

tmm
command to get this value is
tmm --clientciphers default
. Is there any way to get this information from the REST API?
