Hi tlian. Yes there is a Slack channel for F5. It's small but growing. You can send me an email at f5slack@gmail.com and I'll send you an invitation, or go to https://f5usergroup-slackin.herokuapp.com and request an invite.
EDIT: It is NOT an official page.

F5 has a good support. You may contact them but for a free option Devcentral is the best.
