Is the URLDB for SSL orchestrator only categorised by the URL category or by the Application too?

Hi;

Is the URLDB for SSL orchestrator only categorised by the URL category or by the Application too? For example facebook is categorised as social networking from a URL category perspective but as the application "Facebook"?

My aim is to exempt URLs from being encrypted based on the application name. For example Skype.
