Is a Java (NPAPI) plugin replacement coming for RDP via APM Webtop?
Greetings! We recently implemented RDP via APM Webtop. We are using BigIP 11.6 HF4.
Google Chrome will soon stop supporting the NPAPI Java plugin (in version 45). See: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/6213033?hl=en. Safari is now blocking the older, F5 supported, versions of Java that allow RDP via APM to work and requires the latest version. This is limiting our Mac users to Firefox for APM RDP.
Is there any plans for a replacement plugin to allow APM RDP in Chrome? i.e via HTML5?
Thanks! -Dan G

Rumor has it that BIG-IP 12.0 will do away with the Browser Plugins and be replaced by a normal Edge Client installation.
