iRule not firing correctly

Hi all -

 

 

I tried searching for this but not coming up with much.

 

 

I'm having an issue with basic redirects.

 

 

My iRule will fire fine as long as the URI has something in it...doesnt matter...as long as it has any characters after the base "/", however if there is nothing after the first "/" I simply get a white page in the browser.

 

 

Has anyone seen this before or know what this could be?
