AltostratusiRule: Header check performance impact
I have an irule which checks for the presence of the header Authorization. How will this perform with 3000+ concurrent connections. Would it make any difference to use a cookie instead or make use of the bigip cookie once the user has been authenticated? The irule checks for the header on every request.

APM sharepoint authentication irule is enabled for a customer with up to 50K concurrent users on a bigip 10250 irule.
CPU is less than 50% when concurrent session reach 50K
