iRule for SNAT
iRule for SNAT when client and pool node are on the same network segment but the VIP IP is on the front side of the F5

Is that a question? Why not just enable SNAT for everything?

I did enable Snat using the IP address of the VIP but the two servers on the same network still have issues communicating because they talk directly to each other instead of going through the F5 and hitting the url redirect iRule

That's strange. SNAT will change the source IP of the client and when server receives it should see the source ip as the SNAT IP. Why would server then talk to a different IP (i.e. original client IP).
Please take concurrent captures on LTM and Server and see what is going on.
