IpV6 Mobile handset Users cannot access mobile application.


In our BIG-IP we have configured one of our mobile banking application integrated since 2021. But last few days we have receiving many complaints from customers from a specific region, while enabling IPv6 configuration in their mobile phone, they are not able to access mobile application. But while enabling Ipv4 in customer mobile hand set, they are able to access the application.

Requesting help, attached tcpdump

  • Don't see any tcpdump output or file. Be careful with sharing confidential information though.


    Is the BIG-IP and application configured for IPv6? Do you still see the traffic from the IPv6 enabled handsets?
