Interface down time when write fullbox reboot

Hi guys I need your help!!   active-standby device Interface down timing is different when write fullbox reboot active device more faster than standby as far as I know device interface down ...

    Its all depend of device capability. I don't think any doc will be available for Interface down Time.

    they curious about why down processing is different on have same configuration and same platform
