Interface down time when write fullbox reboot

Hi guys

I need your help!!

active-standby device Interface down timing is different when write fullbox reboot

active device more faster than standby

as far as I know device interface down timing is differnt of each device after write fullbox reboot

but I can't find documents about that

please let me know if you have information
