we are using F5 Big IP for load balancing Oracle EBS R12. We using SSL offload for two application server. Now we have a problem, some client cannot load some image file through the load b...
You can do Right Click on the main page and select 'Inspect' and then Select 'Network' Tab to view all requests going out.
Then you can reload the page and check which requests are failing and whats wrong with them.

NimbostratusI see that the link image error https://erp.company.com/OA_HTML/cabo/images/swan/t.gif (this link using F5) . But we can get the image by direct access to the server http://server1.company.com:8000/OA_HTML/cabo/images/swan/t.gif and http://server2.company.com:8000/OA_HTML/cabo/images/swan/t.gif.
On some other client, they can access normal to link https://erp.company.com/OA_HTML/cabo/images/swan/t.gif
I dont know why ! i think there is something wrong with cookies
