I'm having trouble getting a key for trial F5 VE

my label is not displayed "How many licenses would you like?". The second screenshot shows how the page should look like. javascript in chrome settings is enabled

can you please share the link that you are using for the BIG-IP VE download? I already have my trial keys emailed to me but can't use it.
