I'm having trouble getting a key for trial F5 VE

my label is not displayed "How many licenses would you like?". The second screenshot shows how the page should look like. javascript in chrome settings is enabled

after clicking this button, I got the label "How many licenses would you like?" I also noticed that I have problems with jquery.

 

"jquery.min.js: 1 Failed to load resource: net :: ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED"
