ID 358575: ConfigSync and ucs files.

The following has been in the Release Notes from v11.0.0 through v11.4.1:   "ID 358575 The traditional ConfigSync mechanism has been replaced with a more robust MCP-to-MCP communication mechanism....

to be really sure i would open a ticket with F5 support (and do report back here please). personally i do expect it because else they killed the restore UCS on RMA machine method.
