iControl API for JAVA to retrieve the pool names

Pools aren't configured under an iRule. The Virtual Server is the top level object that has a default pool as a property as well as a list of applied iRules as resources. If you want to find all pools that an iRule is associated with, you'll have to query all Virtual Servers looking for the iRule in question and for those Virtual Servers, get the default pool.
