IAPP Reconfigure doesnt sync everything

Good Morning

 

I've reconfigured an IAPP and sync shows fine - V11.5.3HF2 However the changes to the IAPP do not show on the Peer. Normal changes sync over fine Add IRULE to the IAPP VS, etc. Strict Updates is turned off.

 

I found that changing the ADMIN password on both will force Sync to require initial and then all changes push to the peer. Any other options?

 

Was thinking to try this, but I don't have a Lab.

 

Disable Auto sync - enable Full Sync - reconfigure IAPP - try to Sync to Peer - if worky enable auto sync again.

    Hi Ruggerfly, which iApp template are you using, and which objects changed in the iApp don't sync? Is it any/all of them?

      All changes. Used f5.citrix_vdi.v2.2.0, but I saw the same behavior with f5.microsoft_exchange_2010_2013_cas.v1.5.1 In the CAS I enabled a new service Active Sync in Citrix I changed the Web Store Pool member IP. Thanks!

      Forgot to add that I'm using admin partitions for each: citrix and CAS

      I just ran through a basic test of this but couldn't repro the behavior. I recommend opening a case with F5 support; there's a product bug with similar behavior that should have been fixed in v11.5.3, but this could be a regression with HF2. That bug ID is 484706.
