NimbostratusI-Rules with just LC License (no LTM base lic.)
Dears,
Does anyone know if I can do some simple i-rules without LTM license ? (we have only Link Controller License)
In our box we see the I-rules section available... But at licensing we see
Active Modules Link Controller(Perpetual) (XXXXX-XXXXXXX) Rate Shaping

have you just tried to create one? if it isnt possible it will certainly tell you. personally i always see LC as a sort of LTM/GTM lite, so i would expect it to work.
downloading that trial is in my opinion not a good idea, it is an old version of the tmos code 10.x and if you cant do it on your actual system what is the use.
