MVPhave you just tried to create one? if it isnt possible it will certainly tell you. personally i always see LC as a sort of LTM/GTM lite, so i would expect it to work.
downloading that trial is in my opinion not a good idea, it is an old version of the tmos code 10.x and if you cant do it on your actual system what is the use.
